Forest Hills Northern Huskies (Grand Rapids, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Lakeview Spartans (Battle Creek, MI), 11-5 in a non-league battle.

The Huskies now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Detroit Country Day for a non-league battle on Friday, April 12. Forest Hills Northern will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 13-8 non-league win over Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-0.

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Portage Central Mustangs (Portage, MI) in a Division 2 District 6 battle, on Thursday, April 11. Lakeview will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 14-10 non-league loss to Northview (Grand Rapids, MI).
