The Barrington Fillies/Broncos routed the host Wheeling Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 15-1 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Fillies/Broncos (11-0) will now prepare for their battle against Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Bison go into the Mid-Suburban East battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Buffalo Grove was routed by Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL), 9-8, in a league battle.

The Wildcats now possess a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Schaumburg for a Mid-Suburban West battle on Friday, April 12. Wheeling will meet a Saxons squad coming off a 9-8 league win over Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL). The Saxons record now stands at 1-5.
