With the triumph, Maroa-Forsyth improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Trojans host New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly (New Berlin, IL) to clash with the Vipers in a Sangamo game on Thursday, April 11. The Vipers come into the game with a record of 0-5. New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly lost 16-0 in their recent non-league game against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL)

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Prairie Central Hawks (Fairbury, IL) in a Illini Prairie game, on Thursday, April 11. Rantoul will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 7-6 record after their 7-5 league loss to Bloomington Central Catholic (Bloomington, IL).
