The Santa Margarita Eagles (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) softball routed the visiting San Juan Hills Stallions (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 12-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Eagles (15-6) will now prepare for their bout against Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Crusaders go into the non-league bout with a 16-1 record. In their last bout, Mater Dei Catholic toppled Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA), 7-0, in a non-league bout.
The Stallions now possess a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Aliso Niguel for a South Coast bout on Thursday, April 11. San Juan Hills will confront a Wolverines squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 11-4.
