The East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS) baseball trounced the visiting Baldwyn Bearcats (Baldwyn, MS), 12-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Urchins now own a 22-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Union for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. East Union will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Houston (Houston, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 11-11.
With the defeat, Baldwyn drops to 14-7 on the year. The Bearcats host Tremont (Tremont, MS) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A Region 1 challenge on Friday, April 11.
