Georgia High School Baseball - South Paulding edges Central

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting South Paulding Spartans baseball team scored a close 4-1 win over the Central Lions.
The Spartans (22-3) will now prepare for their game against McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA). The Chiefs go into the non-league game with a 11-14 record. In their last game, McIntosh by East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA), 8-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Lions play the Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA) in a AAAA Region 3 game, on Tuesday, April 15. Central will attempt to improve on its 20-6 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 19-7 record after their 7-1 league win over Harris County (Hamilton, GA).
