In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Loyola Academy Ramblers baseball squad scored a tight 4-3 triumph over the Glenbrook North Spartans.
With the triumph, Loyola Academy moves its record to 5-6 on the season. The Ramblers travel to De La Salle (Chicago, IL) to confront the Meteors in a non-league contest on Friday, April 11. The Meteors come into the contest with a record of 6-4. De La Salle lost 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL)
The Spartans now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prospect for a non-league contest on Friday, April 11. Glenbrook North will confront a Knights squad coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Hononegah (Rockton, IL). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.
