Illinois High School Baseball - Morton edges LaSalle-Peru

The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Morton Potters (Morton, IL) and the visiting LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL), saw Morton's baseball team gain a win over LaSalle-Peru by a tally of 3-0.

The Potters (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Galesburg (Galesburg, IL). The Silver Streaks enter the non-league battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, Galesburg held off Quincy (Quincy, IL), 6-3, in a league battle.
