California High School Volleyball - Valley Christian over Bishop Amat

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Valley Christian Defenders volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Bishop Amat Lancers.
The Defenders (16-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Heralds enter the Olympic challenge with a 6-17 record. In their last challenge, Whittier Christian was beaten by Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Lancers meet the St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 11. Bishop Amat will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record. The Swordsmen enter the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA).
