Northwest Vikings (Grand Island, NE) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Northwest advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Scotus (Columbus, NE) to clash with the Shamrocks in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Shamrocks come into the test with a record of 1-0. Scotus won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Lexington (Lexington, NE)
The Minutemen now have a 1-2 record.
