SouthLake Christian Academy Eagles (Huntersville, NC) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC), 14-2 in a non-league game.

With the victory, SouthLake Christian Academy improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Eagles host South Iredell (Statesville, NC) to play the Vikings in a non-league game on Friday, April 11. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 5-5. South Iredell lost 10-8 in their recent non-league game against Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Patriots now have a 0-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence for a Southwestern/So Meck game on Monday, April 28.
