The Prospect Knights lacrosse squad scored 6 points and limited the visiting Schaumburg Saxons to 5 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mundelein for a non-league outing on Friday, April 11. Prospect will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Schaumburg falls to 2-3 on the year. The Saxons travel to Geneva (Geneva, IL) to face the Vikings in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 12. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 1-3. Geneva won 12-4 in their recent non-league outing against Central (Burlington, IL)
