Illinois High School Lacrosse - St. Francis overwhelms Brother Rice

April 10, 2025: Wheaton, IL 60187

In Thursday's league contest, the host St. Francis Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-1 triumph over the Brother Rice Crusaders.

The Spartans (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Crystal Lake South held off Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 10-5, in a league contest.

Next, the Crusaders meet the Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 12. Brother Rice will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Giants go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 20-6 league loss to New Trier (Winnetka, IL).
