Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Brunswick Railroaders (Brunswick, MD), 16-0 in a league game.

With the victory, Walkersville advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Liberty (Sykesville, MD) to play the Lions in a non-league game on Monday, April 14. The Lions come into the game with a record of 4-1. Liberty won 5-3 in their recent league game against Winters Mill (Westminster, MD)

The Railroaders now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Governor Thomas Johnson for a CMC game on Tuesday, April 15. Brunswick will play a Patriots team coming off a 7-4 league loss to Frederick (Frederick, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 0-6.
