Fans at Thursday's league test between the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) and the visiting Southeast Pirates (Ravenna, OH), witnessed Chardon's lacrosse squad top Southeast by a count of 14-2.

The Hilltoppers (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH). The Bruins enter the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Padua Franciscan was overwhelmed by Bay (Bay Village, OH), 13-9, in a league test.

Next, the Pirates battle the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH) in a Region 6 test, on Saturday, April 12. Southeast will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Rough Riders enter the test with a 2-1 record after their 12-7 non-league win over Solon (Solon, OH).
