The Montini Catholic Broncos lacrosse squad scored 13 points and held the host IC Catholic Prep Knights to 5 in the Broncos non-league victory on Thursday.
With the victory, Montini Catholic advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Broncos host Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. The Roadrunners come into the game with a record of 2-3. Nazareth Academy lost 10-1 in their recent non-league game against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL)
The Knights now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Antioch for a non-league game on Monday, April 14. IC Catholic Prep will play a Sequoits team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Sequoits record now stands at 4-4.
