The Penncrest Lions lacrosse team (Media, PA), was tipped 7-6 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers (Newtown Square, PA)

With the victory, Marple Newtown advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Fightin' Tigers host Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC) to encounter the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 23. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 14-1.

The Lions now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Bucks West for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14.
