Middle Park Panthers (Granby, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Thomas Jefferson Spartans (Denver, CO), 17-1 in a league game.

With the victory, Middle Park advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to St. Mary's (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Pirates in a 4A Metro game on Saturday, April 12. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 0-7. St. Mary's lost 15-6 in their recent league game against The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO)

The Spartans now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmer for a 4A Metro game on Monday, April 14. Thomas Jefferson will play a Terrors team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Fountain Valley (Colorado Springs, CO). The Terrors record now stands at 1-7.
