Georgia High School Soccer - Veterans knocks off Columbus

In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Veterans Warhawks soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Columbus Blue Devils.
The Warhawks (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Colquitt County (Norman Park, GA). The Packers go into the non-league outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Colquitt County by Camden County (Kingsland, GA), 6-2, in a league outing.
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Sumter County Panthers (Americus, GA) in a 2A Area 1 outing, on Thursday, April 17. Columbus will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 9-6 record after their 11-1 league win over Hardaway (Columbus, GA).
