The Woodson Cavaliers soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Langley Saxons to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cavaliers now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they host South County for a Patriot bout on Tuesday, April 22. Woodson will encounter a Stallions squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Langley moves to 2-5 on the year. The Saxons host Yorktown (Arlington, VA) to encounter the Patriots in a Liberty bout on Tuesday, April 22. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Yorktown 3-3 in their recent non-league bout against Westfield (Chantilly, VA)
