Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD), 6-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Appoquinimink upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Delcastle Technical (Wilmington, DE) to play the Cougars in a Blue Hen - Flight A game on Monday, April 14. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 3-2.

The Tigers now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bel Air for a Upper Chesapeake Bay game on Friday, April 11.
