Illinois High School Softball - Somonauk bested by Morris

The Morris Redskins triumphed over the host Somonauk Bobcats softball squad by a count of 21-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Redskins play the Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers (Bradley, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Morris will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Boilermakers enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 5-0 league win over Lockport (Lockport, IL).

The Bobcats (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL). The Hawks enter the Little Ten challenge with a 0-6 record.
