The New Milford Green Wave softball squad (New Milford, CT), was routed 7-4 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT)

With the triumph, New Canaan improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Rams travel to Danbury (Danbury, CT) to clash with the Hatters in a Fairfield County test on Tuesday, April 15. The Hatters go into the test with a record of 4-0. Danbury won 17-6 in their recent non-league test against Pomperaug (Southbury, CT)

The Green Wave (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Greenwich (Greenwich, CT). The Cardinals go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record.
