The Walter Johnson Wildcats baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Magruder Colonels to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats (8-1) will now prepare for their match against Atholton (Columbia, MD). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Atholton was overwhelmed by Churchill (Potomac, MD), 11-2, in a non-league match.
The Colonels (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Churchill ran past Atholton (Columbia, MD), 11-2, in a non-league match.
