The Grant Community Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lake Forest Academy Caxys to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Chicago for a Northern Lake County game on Tuesday, April 12. Grant Community will meet a Warhawks team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL). The Warhawks record now stands at 0-2.
The Caxys (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Grayslake North was dropped by Lakes (Lake Villa, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
