The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) and the visiting Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), saw Maine South's lacrosse team achieve victory over Neuqua Valley by a margin of 9-5.

The Hawks (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Lyons was overwhelmed by Lockport (Lockport, IL), 6-3, in a league challenge.
