The Riverhead Blue Waves lacrosse team scored 16 points and limited the visiting Patchogue-Medford Raiders to 7 in the Blue Waves league triumph on Monday.

The Blue Waves (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Brentwood (Brentwood, NY). The Indians enter the Section 11 I game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Brentwood was overwhelmed by Sachem North (Lake Ronkonkoma, NY), 12-4, in a league game.

The Raiders (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Huntington (Huntington, NY). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Huntington toppled Sachem East (Farmingville, NY), 13-7, in a non-league game.
