The Lewisburg Green Dragons triumphed over the visiting Mechanicsburg Wildcats lacrosse team by a score of 19-6 in Monday's non-league match.
With the win, Lewisburg improves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Green Dragons host Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA) to meet the Wildcats in a Central Susquehanna challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-4.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lower Dauphin for a Mid-Penn challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Mechanicsburg will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 13-4 non-league loss to Dallastown (Dallastown, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-5.
