Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA), 6-5 in a non-league battle.
The Polar Bears now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Palmyra for a Mid-Penn battle on Tuesday, April 12. Northern York will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 15-8 non-league win over Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.
In their next game, the Rockets clash with the Susquehannock Warriors (Glen Rock, PA) in a York Area 1 battle, on Tuesday, April 12. Spring Grove will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 5-0 record after their 14-6 league win over South Western (Hanover, PA).
