The Bureau Valley Storm the host Wethersfield/Annawan Titans softball squad by a count of 12-10 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Storm (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL). The Grey Ghosts go into the non-league battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Illinois Valley Central nudged Monticello (Monticello, IL), 6-1, in a league battle.

The Titans now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host ROWVA/Williamsfield for a Lincoln Trail battle on Tuesday, April 12. Wethersfield/Annawan will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL). The Cougars record now stands at 2-3.
