Iroquois West Raiders (Gilman, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Chrisman Cardinals (Chrisman, IL), 20-10 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clifton Central for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 13. Iroquois West will battle a Comets squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Grant Park (Grant Park, IL). The Comets record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Chrisman falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL) to battle the Buffaloes in a Vermilion Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 13. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a record of 3-6. Georgetown-Ridge Farm lost 6-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Paris (Paris, IL)
