The Minutemen now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tremont for a Heart of Illinois challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Lexington will battle a Turks squad coming off a 15-2 league win over Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL). The Turks record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, El Paso-Gridley falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Titans host Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL) to battle the Chiefs in a Heart of Illinois challenge on Wednesday, April 13. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Deer Creek-Mackinaw lost 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL)
