In Monday's non-league contest, the Grayling Vikings (Grayling, MI) softball team overwhelmed the host Harrison Hawks (Farmington Hills, MI), by a margin of 8-0.

With the triumph, Grayling moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Vikings host Maplewood Baptist Academy (Kinross, MI) to play the Black Bears in a Northern Lights contest on Tuesday, April 12. The Black Bears come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Hawks play the Marion Eagles (Marion, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 13. Harrison will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
