Raceland Rams (Raceland, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Webster for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 12.

With the loss, West Carter falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Comets host East Carter (Grayson, KY) to battle the Raiders in a District 62 challenge on Wednesday, April 13. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 12-3. East Carter lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Blazer (Ashland, KY)
