In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Archbishop McNicholas Rockets baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Randolph-Henry Statesmen.
The Rockets (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY). The Blackcats go into the non-league game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Prestonsburg was edged by St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD), 5-4, in a non-league game.
