In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Hoffman Estates Hawks baseball team scored a nice 10-2 victory over the Hampshire Whip-Purs.
The Hawks (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Barrington (Barrington, IL). The Fillies/Broncos go into the Mid-Suburban - West game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Barrington overcame Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 15-2, in a league game.
The Whip-Purs (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL). The Gators go into the Fox Valley - Valley game with a 8-1 record. In their last game, Crystal Lake South was overwhelmed by Cary-Grove (Cary, IL), 3-1, in a league game.
