The St. John's Cadets baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Independence to 3 in the Cadets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cadets (15-0) will now prepare for their match against Flint Hill (Oakton, VA). The Huskies go into the non-league match with a 5-10 record. In their last match, Flint Hill was overwhelmed by Maret (Washington, DC), 16-4, in a league match.
The (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Highland (Warrenton, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league match with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Highland ran past Flint Hill (Oakton, VA), 8-5, in a non-league match.
