Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH) and the host Zanesville Blue Devils (Zanesville, OH), saw River View's baseball squad knock off Zanesville by a count of 12-0.

Coming up next, the Black Bears play the West Muskingum Tornadoes (Zanesville, OH) in a Muskingum Valley battle, on Thursday, April 13. River View will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Tornadoes enter the battle with a 3-7 record after their 6-3 league loss to New Lexington (New Lexington, OH).
