Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV) and the host Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC), saw Washington's baseball squad beat Waccamaw by a margin of 10-7.

Coming up next, the Patriots play the Monsignor McClancy Crusaders (Queens, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 12. Washington will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Crusaders enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV).
