The Christopher Cougars held off the visiting Oak Grove Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Del Mar for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 12. Christopher will confront a Dons team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Dons record now stands at 8-5.
The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Saints enter the non-league test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Santa Teresa was nudged by Gunn (Palo Alto, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
