Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Redhawks confront the York Dukes (Elmhurst, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 20. Naperville Central will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record.
The Wildcats now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Metea Valley for a DuPage Valley challenge on Thursday, April 13. Neuqua Valley will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-0.
