Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Forest Park Bruins (Woodbridge, VA) and the host Chantilly Chargers (Chantilly, VA), witnessed Forest Park's softball squad prevail over Chantilly by a count of 14-5.
The Bruins now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to Wakefield for a non-league match on Thursday, April 13. Forest Park will meet a Fighting Owls squad coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Langley (McLean, VA). The Fighting Owls record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Chantilly moves to 0-4 on the season. The Chargers host Centreville (Clifton, VA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 12. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 0-0.
