In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host The King's Academy Knights soccer squad scored a close 7-0 triumph over the Fulton Science Academy Mustangs.
The Knights (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA). The Paladins come into the non-league battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Pinecrest Academy was overwhelmed by Fideles Christian (Cumming, GA), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Mustangs (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Holy Spirit Prep (Atlanta, GA). The Cougars come into the GIAA AAA/AAAA District 1 battle with a 10-0 record. In their last battle, Holy Spirit Prep nudged Stratford Academy (Macon, GA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
