Lenoir City Panthers (Lenoir City, TN) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Gibbs Eagles (Corryton, TN), 9-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Heritage Mountaineers (Maryville, TN) in a 3A District 4 challenge, on Thursday, April 13. Lenoir City will attempt to move on its 9-1 season record.
The Eagles now possess a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Halls for a 2A District 4 challenge on Thursday, April 13. Gibbs will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Campbell County (Jacksboro, TN). The Red Devils record now stands at 9-1.
