In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Pineville Rebels (Pineville, LA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Anacoco Indians (Anacoco, LA), by a margin of 12-1.
With the triumph, Pineville moves its record to 19-9 on the year. The Rebels travel to Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA) to play the Lions in a 5A District 2 contest on Wednesday, April 12. The Lions enter the match with a record of 7-18.
With the loss, Anacoco falls to 12-9 on the campaign.
