Maryland High School Softball - North Point edged by Bishop McNamara

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs softball team scored a close 3-2 win over the North Point Eagles.

Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the The Academy of the Holy Cross Tartans (Kensington, MD) in a Washington Catholic outing, on Wednesday, April 12. Bishop McNamara will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Tartans enter the outing with a 0-6 record after their 15-0 league loss to Elizabeth Seton (Bladensburg, MD).

The Eagles (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes enter the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Huntingtown was tipped by Reservoir (Fulton, MD), 10-2, in a non-league outing.
