West Jefferson Roughriders (West Jefferson, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cedarville Indians (Cedarville, OH), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Roughriders now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host North Union for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 13. West Jefferson will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 14-3 league win over Graham Local (St. Paris, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Cedarville falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Indians host Yellow Springs (Yellow Springs, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 12. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Yellow Springs lost 16-11 in their recent league challenge against Dayton Christian (Miamisburg, OH)
