Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Riverdale Rebels (Jefferson, LA), 20-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Rebels now sport a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Dutchtown for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 12. Riverside Academy will face a Griffins squad coming off a 17-5 non-league loss to Holden (Holden, LA). The Griffins record now stands at 12-9.

With the loss, Riverdale falls to 11-6 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Fisher (Lafitte, LA) to face the Gators in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 12. The Gators enter the challenge with a record of 7-6. Fisher won 14-3 in their recent non-league challenge against John Ehret (Marrero, LA)
