The Albany Warriors baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting North Andrew Cardinals to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Thursday.

The Warriors (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Polo (Polo, MO). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Polo gained a win over Princeton (Princeton, MO), 16-1, in a non-league match.

The Cardinals (0-7) will now prepare for their match against North Nodaway (Hopkins, MO). The Mustangs go into the Class 1 District 16 match with a 0-11 record. In their last match, North Nodaway was overwhelmed by Rock Port (Rock Port, MO), 17-2, in a league match.
