The Mt. Hope Huskies baseball team (Bristol, RI), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI)

The Hawks now hold a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Xavier for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 13. Bishop Hendricken will confront a Falcons team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Hand (Madison, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 1-5.

Next, the Huskies confront the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 13. Mt. Hope will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Townies go into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 4-3 league win over North Providence (North Providence, RI).
